Issuers is the issuer side of the graph: a listed company's own record — legal name, identifiers, auditor, registrar, fiscal period, disclosure trail — as every dealer agent sees it, with the source on each field. Confirm it, correct it at the source, and it is live to every agent on the estate. Signing lands with cm-record.org.

Scope

1.1

Unit: one issuer, one record, on the node of its listing (two records for a dual listing).

1.2

Records at render: 28479 across 11 live nodes (list_nodes).

1.3

State: confirmation is live (a field confirmed at its source of record reads confirmed); signing is not yet in service and is stated as such on every record.

What an issuer record carries

2.1

Identity: legal name as filed, ticker, exchange, security type, ISIN, LEI and its registration status, sector, jurisdiction of incorporation, registered office and head office.

2.2

Agents of the issuer: auditor (name, location, firm identifier where the filing tags it), registrar or transfer agent, newswire of record.

2.3

Periods: fiscal year end, latest annual report (URL), accounts period end.

2.4

Aliases: former names and other entity names, each sourced.

2.5

Trail: dated disclosure events over the trailing twelve months, typed, with the regulator's URL.

2.6

Gaps: what could not be read, with the reason, on the record itself.

How corrections work

3.1

A record is corrected at its source of record — the exchange list, the corporate register, the LEI record, the filing — never by request to the operator.

3.2

The next sweep reads the corrected source; the field changes state and carries the new read date; the prior version stays in the pond.

3.3

An issuer that disputes a reading names the source; the operator re-reads that source and nothing else.

Provenance

Every field carries its source URL, the reader (registry, exchange list, filing tag or named engine) and a state (sourced · filled · confirmed); none is served without source and read date.

Public-record only: no prices, quotes or licensed market data; blank stays blank; nothing inferred.

6.3

Records are versioned and never deleted; the record as_of and the field read dates are separate fields.

6.4

"Confirmed" is the word; signing is reserved for CMR (cm-record.org) and is not yet in service.

Estate

7.1

Eleven doors in eleven Azure regions, records stored and served in the issuer's jurisdiction; the apex holds an index only and forwards; no fallback across borders.

7.2

Hong Kong: a beacon at Width 0, local partner wanted, no door.
